Ihr Profil

Degree in mechanical or electronical engineering or equivalent Extensive professional experience in management and reorganization of production processes, supply chain and logistics management as well as project management Operational expertise and hands-on mentality to solve day-to-day challenges Strong intercultural competence and international experience to adapt to a complex environment Willingness to spend significant time at SCAFSE Social and communications skills, including fluency in German and English, French desirable

Ihre Aufgaben

Responsibility for managing the value-added processes including planning, control and continuous improvement of production, material requirements, logistics, testing and delivery in the required quality Definition, implementation and advancement of stable processes, including (software-) tools for planning, control and communication Responsible for operational capability, optimization and further advancement of SCAFSE's technical equipment with operating resources, test equipment and infrastructure in the fields of production, logistics and repairs Responsible for leadership, planning, training and improving the technical skills of personnel Clarification of all technical issues related to SCAFSE's products and their integration and operation Planning and further advancement of transfer of technology and production from the German industrial partners to SCAFSE Participation in the definition of technical specifications and performance requirements in the bidding phase of new projects Preparing and ensuring readiness for the relocation of production and logistics to the new building To accomplish the above, you will work closely with & be strongly supported by the General Director and Quality Director on site, as well as experts from both German partner companies, notably, Project Managers and Customer Services.
