For our global eDevelopment team, we are looking for an an IT Administrator (m/f/d) at our location in Ulm.

Your responsibilities

Administration of the IT infrastructure
Support and optimization of client, server and network architecture
Maintenance of IT asset management and administration of user accounts
Setup, cabling and maintenance of IT equipment
IT security support
1st level technical support for employees
Provision and setup of employee laptops
Development and operation of automation scripts (GitOps)

Your qualifications

Successfully completed degree in Computer science or a related field, alternatively a computer scientist training with experience
Experience in technical support
Initial experience in creating automation scripts
Initial experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial
Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST is an advantage
Ability to work in a team, initiative and strong communication skills
Very good written and spoken English and German
