Creating passion: your responsibilities

Lead the global implementation of SAP MDG as a central Master Data Hub
Steer, coordinate, and govern multiple internal and external stakeholders, including global business units, IT teams, and the external SAP MDG implementation partner
Act as single point of accountability for the external implementation partner, ensuring delivery quality, scope adherence, and milestone achievement
Design and govern global master data processes, data models, and approval workflows
Define and enforce global governance frameworks, standards, and decision structures
Manage integration of SAP MDG with SAP and non-SAP systems in a heterogeneous landscape
Drive global rollout planning and execution across regions
Define and deliver a scalable 24x7 operating and support concept for SAP MDG, including roles, responsibilities, and handover models

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

Several years of hands-on experience with SAP MDG, preferably in global or large-scale implementation programs
Strong expertise in master data governance models, operating models, and process ownership
Proven experience in steering external implementation partners and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex programs
Solid background in managing international rollout projects across regions and cultures
Strong understanding of SAP ERP environments and system integration concepts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Structured, assertive, and results-oriented working style with a governance mindset
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
