Job position – Your responsibilities
- You are part of an interdisciplinary team that reshapes the future of AI by developing transparent and explainable AI systems.
- In your role, you implement developer and consumer interfaces for our AI services. You design, construct and secure UI and deployment environments for delivery of services to end users.
- You help to design and build efficient AI-software management processes that will be applied on multiple projects in our data and ML pipelines.
- You are responsible for executing software developments for AI projects and bring up, debug and mature our explainable AI-products.
- Thanks to your knowledge, you assist in the evaluation, requirements gathering, time estimation, and planning of software projects using agile methods.
- Furthermore, you help design, implement and maintain machine learning pipelines using state-of-the-art technologies and tools.
- Last but not least, you propose architectural design and technology decision.
Your profile
- Education: completed university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in computer science, informatics or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: professional experience in software development and deployment required; hands-on experience with of software methods and software standards and experience with large-scale software development (preferably of data projects) desirable. Experience with git and REST-APIs
- Qualifications: Extensive expertise in python, one of: Flask; Django; FastAPI; JavaScript, or Angular required. Expertise in data analysis with python including tools (e.g. pandas, …) for data handling, linear ML models, statistical analysis, desirable
- Personality and Working Practice: You are future-oriented, creative, and work in a very committed, responsible and goal-oriented manner; your actions are structured and organised; you enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills to collaborate on large-scale projects including the ability to communicate (technical) results
- Enthusiasm: Your heart beats for simple and natural representations of complexity.
- Languages: very good written and spoken English, German preferred
